It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor holds the appropriate licenses and insurance required by your jurisdiction.

Swift Plumb makes no warranties regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any plumbing services provided by referred contractors. We do not guarantee contractor availability, work completion to your satisfaction, or pricing accuracy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Plumb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

By using our service, you agree to provide accurate information about your service needs; verify contractor credentials before allowing work; and not use our service for any unlawful purpose.

Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on contractor availability and location.

8. Governing Law
